Journal Article Honor – Dr. Samuel T. Gladding

Dr.  Samuel T. Gladding is Professor and Chair of the Department of Counseling at Wake Forest University. Dr. Gladding is co-author of a 2010 journal article: “Integrating Social Justice in Group Work: The Next Decade” which has recently been voted Journal of Specialists in Group Work (JSGW) Article of the Year by the journal’s review board.

Dr. Gladding is a prolific author whose books are widely used in the United States and abroad. He is a former president of the American Counseling Association and the Association for Specialists in Group Work. His numerous awards include Fellow in both the American Counseling Association and the Association for Specialists in Group Work, and the Association for Specialists in Group Work Eminent Career Award.
